Shenzhen Yunzhi Technology Co., Ltd. is a fishing tackle company built on our own manufacturing base. Established in 2004, we have spent over two decades designing and producing fishing reels under one roof: die casting, CNC machining, painting, electroplating and final assembly all happen in-house — the reason our quality stays consistent and our lead times stay short.
Today, our production lines turn out over 2.5 million reels a year for brands, importers and distributors in more than 50 countries, with our largest markets in the United States and Europe — including Germany, France, Poland, Italy and the United Kingdom.
What sets our factory apart is depth. We work from an extensive in-house mold library built up over years of reel production, and most components — spools, bodies, gears, handles and drag assemblies — are produced inside our own workshops instead of being sourced outside. We hold patented reel designs and release new models every season; the products across this site come straight from our own tooling.
From raw alloy to finished reel, every critical step happens inside our own facilities: die casting, precision CNC machining, surface painting, electroplating and final assembly. Most reel components are manufactured in-house — and with our large mold library, we can build replacement parts, adapt an existing model or develop a new one without waiting on third-party tooling. Our workshops run advanced production equipment imported from Japan and Germany, together with a full set of environmental protection systems. This is how we keep costs competitive, protect quality, and respond quickly to custom orders.

Precision-machined tolerances on critical parts in our own CNC machining plant.
Surface painting and electroplating lines for corrosion protection and finish control.
Final assembly with a full inspection before any reel leaves the line.
Our R&D team develops and produces to your specifications — from minor modifications to fully custom tooling. Our in-house mold library and CNC machining move new models from drawing to sample fast, and in many cases we can match your requirement with an existing mold — saving you tooling cost. Our annual capacity absorbs both large programs and flexible trial orders.
Every reel is inspected before it leaves the line. Quality is not a department here — it is the reason our partners across North America, Europe and beyond have stayed with us for years.
